(Omaha, NE) -- A man’s arrested after an attempted robbery outside a store in south Omaha. Police say Joseph Moore claimed he had a knife and robbed a person near 16th and Vinton Monday night. Moore’s accused of breaking the man’s necklace but they haven’t said if he stole anything. He’s facing several charges including attempted robbery and making terroristic threats.
