(Des Moines, IA) -- Des Moines Water Works will be featured in a new series on CBS and Paramount-Plus. DMWW will be featured in part four of the upcoming series “Wasteland.” Water Works says CEO and General Manager Ted Corrigan was interviewed last fall about the challenges of providing safe drinking water to 600-thousand central Iowans despite being surrounded by two major rivers. Water Works says it advocates for protection of Iowa rivers so it can continue to deliver water residents can trust for life. Wasteland is a documentary series looking at how drinking water is affected by how various city's in the nation deal with waste. Wasteland airs in a four-part segment starting Thursday, February 24th.
