More Details Released About Recent Fight At Omaha's Beveridge Middle School

(Omaha, NE) -- More details are released about a recent fight at an Omaha Public Schools middle school that resulted in an officer being knocked unconscious and a man being arrested. A court affidavit says a fight broke out in the auditorium at Beveridge Middle School last Friday. The affidavit says a student called a family member to help. Twenty-six-year-old Latrel Brown is accused of slamming an officer on the ground for holding onto his 8th grade brother. The officer was knocked out but is ok. Brown was arrested and is charged with felony assault on an officer.
