(Omaha, NE) -- A person who had a huge impact on the University of Nebraska system is being remembered. Former N-U system president Ronald Roskens has passed away at the age of 89 in his home in Omaha. Roskens served as Chancellor of the University of Nebraska Omaha from 1972 to 1977 and served as University of Nebraska System President from 1977 to 1989. He grew up in Spencer, Iowa.
