(Fairfield, IA) -- One of the teenagers accused of murdering their teacher in southeast Iowa wants his upcoming court hearing to be private. Sixteen-year-old Jeremy Goodale will appear in court on March 24th on his request to have his trial moved to juvenile court. His lawyer says confidential information will be presented at the hearing which will hurt the chances of having an impartial jury. Goodale and fellow 16-year-old Willard Miller are accused of killing Fairfield High School Spanish teacher Nohema Graber in November of 2021. Miller also wants his trial moved to juvenile court.
