Bond Set In Omaha Traffic Death Case

Bond is set at 250-thousand dollars for a woman accused of killing a pedestrian with her vehicle last week.

21-year old Sarah Faya of Omaha made an initial Douglas County Court appearance, and court documents indicate she admitted to drinking and driving at speeds between 65-and-75-miles-per-hour when she struck 37-year-old Ashley Dotson near U.S. Highway 75 and Lake Street last Thursday as her vehicle rolled over.

Faya is charged with Motor Vehicle Homicide and Driving Under the Influence.
