(Des Moines, IA) -- A man from Des Moines facing a list of charges for his role in the January 6th riots at the U.S. Capitol wants his trial moved to Iowa.
Doug Jensen's attorneys say Washington D.C. is small enough that jurors could be biased. Prosecutors say there's no way to prove that.
Jensen is set to go on trial in September. He wants it to be moved to the southern district of Iowa.
