Omaha Police say they arrested one person in connection with a cutting at an apartment at 42nd and Frances Streets.
Officers went to that location at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday and contacted 28-year old Amber Millington and 33-year old Keith Promes at the scene.
Officers say they determined both parties were having an argument when Millington cut Promes with a large knife.
Omaha Fire paramedics took Promes to a hospital with a non-life threatening injury.
Officers booked Millington into Douglas County Corrections for 2nd-degree Felony Domestic Violence Assault and Use Of A Weapon To Commit A Felony.
