Yesterday on the show, we discussed a four day work week and it seems to be an increasing phenomenon in the country and the State.
There are entire school districts in Iowa that are already doing it with great success - including rural districts with some of them saying it makes it easier to attract teachers to go and work there.
Now there is a company doing research all across the nation and maybe your company can join in.
According to KCCI, "Four Day Global is the organization doing the research. So far, 38 companies in the U.S. are involved to see if a four-day workweek works for them. In the worldwide research project, the companies have six months to try out this schedule."
