Iowa Program to Help Dislocated Workers Get New Tech Jobs

(Undated) -- A new program through the state of Iowa will help people get jobs in tech.

The TechWorks program is specifically meant for people who were let go from their job because of the pandemic.

People who take the 12-week course will get a laptop to use at no cost. There are over 2,500 jobs open right now related to IT.

People can enroll by reaching out to their local IowaWORKS office.
