Omaha Police are investigating an early morning pursuit that began near 35th and Hamilton Streets and ended with a suspect vehicle crashing near 72nd and Dodge Streets.
Police communications indicate the vehicle tried to run over an officer during a traffic stop around three a.m. Monday.
Police then chased that vehicle south on 30th Street, then westbound on Dodge with "Able 1," the police helicopter, above and stop sticks being deployed near 52nd and Dodge.
There are reports speeds reached 90 to 100 Miles Per Hour.
