(Rock Island, IL) -- Police in Rock Island are investigating an overnight shooting that left one man injured.
Officers reportedly responded to an alley just a few blocks southeast of Augustana College around 2AM Monday morning, where they found the man with non-life-threatening injuries.
Earlier that night, officers arrested a suspect after reports of shots fired near an apartment complex on the city's west side. No word yet on if these two events are related.
