Have we seen the end of masks on planes forever?

Yesterday a Federal Judge in Florida knocked down the Biden Administration's mask mandate on planes, trains and busses.

US District Court Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle determined that the mandate violated the Administrative Procedure Act because it was outside the scope of the CDC's authority, was "arbitrary" and "capricious" and did not go through the required notice and comment for Federal rulemaking.

Predictably, the left has had a total meltdown. Considering how many times they go judge shopping AND applaud rulings, my personal favorite tweet is from Slate senior writer Mark Joseph Stern.

"Try explaining to your friends in other liberal democracies that a single unelected, life-tenured, 35-year-old judge just abolished the air travel mask mandate for the entire country," he said. "No peer nation would tolerate such a power-drunk juristocracy. Our system is badly broken."

So are we done? Have we seen the end of masks on planes forever?
