Mask Requirement Ends at OMA

In a tweet, the Omaha Airport Authority says masks are now optional at Eppley Field, and they ask that people be kind and respectful of a person’s individual decision to wear a mask or not.

The TSA will not not enforce the mask rule anymore after a court ruling leading to a review of the mandate.

Several airlines confirm masks will now be optional.

United, Delta, Southwest, American, Alaska and JetBlue all say passengers don't have to cover up.

Same for Amtrak, the National Rail Passenger Corporation, whose California Zephyr serves Nebraska and Iowa including Omaha/Council Bluffs and Lincoln.
