Cedar Rapids Kernels, Quad Cities River Bandits To Play At Field Of Dreams

(Dyersville, IA) -- The Cedar Rapids Kernels and the Quad Cities River Bandits will play at the Field of Dreams in Dyersville this summer. The game will be on August 9th, two days before the Cubs and Reds play at the movie site. Just like the White Sox and Yankees did last year the Kernels and the River Bandits will wear throwback uniforms. The Kernels will wear their Cedar Rapids Bunnies uniforms from the early 1900's and the River Bandits will wear Davenport Blue Sox uniforms, also from the early 1900's.
