(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The Cedar Rapids Police Department is announcing additional charges against one of two suspects in the Taboo Nightclub shooting.
Timothy Rush is facing 10 new charges including two counts of willful injury causing serious injury and three counts of willful injury causing bodily injury. Rush was already facing second-degree murder and five other charges raising the total amount he now faces to 16.
Police are now saying every victim's injuries were caused by bullets or shrapnel, no injuries were caused by the crowd's rush to escape the nightclub.
