Omaha Police continue to investigate a shooting at the "Hope Center for Kids" near 20th and Burdette.
Officers responded to a "help an officer" 9-1-1 call Tuesday night after an off-duty sheriff's deputy reported gunshots in front of the building.
Investigators say security guards were escorting a group of unruly youths from the Hope Center when a passenger in a white sedan fired into the crowd.
Two security guards returned fire before the vehicle left the area.
Police say the suspect vehicle then arrived at a hospital, and a 14-year-old girl from the vehicle was treated for a graze wound.
