(Fairfield, Iowa) -- The second of two teens accused of killing a teacher in southeast Iowa is asking to have his trial moved to juvenile court.

Sixteen-year-old Willard Miller is charged with first-degree murder as an adult, but today, a judge is considering moving his case to juvenile. Miller and teen Jeremy Goodale are accused of killing Fairfield High School Spanish teacher Nohema Graber in November of last year. Goodale has also filed to have his case moved to juvenile court but no ruling has been made.

The judge has not said when he plans to rule on either request.
