(Des Moines, IA) -- A second rally against a possible United States Supreme Court Decision is being held Friday evening in Des Moines. The Rally for Reproductive Justice will begin at 6:45 P.M. today according to organizers including the Des Moines Black Liberation Movement. The rally will begin at the Women of Achievement Bridge on the west side of the river next to Lauridsen Skatepark. The first rally was held in front of the new federal building under construction downtown on Wednesday.
