(Des Moines, Iowa) -- There is increased security at Roosevelt High School in Des Moines today after three students were shot at an after-prom party on Sunday.

Principal Steve Schappaugh sent a message to parents of Roosevelt students saying Des Moines Police and Des Moines Public School's Public Safety are collaborating as the shooting is investigated. Schappaugh says there is no known threat to the campus, and the increased security presence is out of an abundance of caution.

Police say three Roosevelt students were shot at a large house party in the 400 block of Foster Drive just after midnight on Sunday. The students' names have not been released, and their injuries are not life-threatening. So far, no arrests have been made.
