Des Moines Police now say they believe there were several shooters at a post-prom house party over the weekend. Three people were shot.

"The priority right now is finding out who pulled the trigger on those guns and getting them in custody." said Des Moines Police Sergeant Paul Parizek. "We've got a lot of other questions about the circumstances surrounding the house party. We'll get those answers later on down the road. But right now, we're focusing on the finding the shooters."

Parizek added that they're also looking into who hosted the party on Foster Drive south of Grand Avenue.

"The host's family's intentions were probably good, but they didn't have a good strategy to manage the party, and it got out of hand fast."

Around 200 people, mostly Roosevelt High School students attended the after-prom party. A 17-year-old girl and two 18-year-old men were hurt, but are expected to be okay.

Parizek tells WHO 13 that investigators have a number of good leads.
