(Fairfield, IA) -- One of the teens accused of murdering his Spanish teacher in southeast Iowa will be tried as an adult. Today a judge denied now 17-year-old Jeremy Goodale's request to have his murder trial moved to juvenile court. Goodale's lawyers argued being in the juvenile system would help him better rehabilitate, but the judge ruled it would be in the community's best interest to keep the trial in adult court. Willard Miller is also charged with murder in the case but the judge hasn't ruled on his motion for juvenile court. The two are accused of killing Fairfield High School teacher Nohema Graber back in November.
