The City of Council Bluffs is using 50 goats to clear vegetation at "Tom Hanafan River's Edge Park."
They went on the clock this week and will continue working at the park along the Missouri River for the next few weeks.
A total of 55 goats will be clearing a four-acre section near the access road at the park, under the Interstate - 480 bridge.
Council Bluffs Parks and Recreation says people are welcome to stop by to see the animals, but should not approach the goats while they are on the job.
