(Omaha, NE) -- Omaha Police Officers Jeff Shelbourn and Lisa Horton were named the 2021 Omaha Crime Stoppers officers of the year today (Thursday) at the Crime Stoppers annual awards luncheon.
Shelbourn and Horton were recognized for their dedication to battling child sex trafficking in Omaha, arresting trafficking suspects and assisting trafficking victims get the help they need long after their investigations were over.
