(Fairfield, Iowa) -- One of the two southwest Iowa teens accused of killing a high school teacher is asking to have his trial moved out of Jefferson County.

Attorneys for Willard Miller filed the request today. Judge Shawn Showers has hinted he would approve efforts to move the trial due to the publicity surrounding the case. Miller and Jeremy Goodale are accused of killing Fairfield High School teacher Nohema Graber in November of last year. Graber's body was discovered in a Fairfield park the day she went missing.

Both Miller and Goodale were 16 years-old at the time of the murder, and a judge ruled last week that the two will be tried as adults.
