About 30 Union Pacific Coal Cars Derail Near Gothenburg

(Dawson Co., NE) -- No injuries after about 30 train cars carrying coal derail in western Nebraska. Omaha-based Union Pacific says the cars jumped the tracks about two miles southeast of Gothenburg around 7:30 a.m. Thursday. Rail traffic is being allowed to move through as the cleanup continues.
