(Des Moines, Iowa) -- Des Moines Police say a woman is charged with injuring a child at a church daycare.
A criminal complaint in the case says video shows 20 year-old Daija Dentis handling the victim roughly several times at The Church at Union Park's Wee Care. Police say Dentis admitted that she got frustrated with the child and grabbed her aggressively. The child came home from daycare with bruises on her arm and chest on April 25th of this year. Dentis is scheduled to be arraigned on July 8th.
She's charged with Child Endangerment with Bodily Injury, a Class D felony.
