Fairfield Murder Trial Given New Location

Willard Miller’s trial for the murder of former Fairfield Spanish teacher Nohema Graber will take place in Pottawattamie County. Miller’s trial is scheduled to begin on November 1st in Council Bluffs after the decision. He and Jeremy Goodale are both facing first-degree murder charges for Graber’s death. Her body was found in a Fairfield park last fall. It was also recently ruled both teens will be tried in adult court. Goodale’s lawyers have not requested a change of venue out of Jefferson County. His trial is set to begin in late August of this year. The two teens are also facing a charge of conspiracy to commit homicide after investigators found evidence of the two planning the attack through communication on a social media app.
