Glenwood Resource Center Fined In Death Of Resident

(Glenwood, IA) -- The Glenwood Resource Center in southwest Iowa is fined $10,000 after the death of a 30-year-old resident. A report by the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals claims the man was given less fluids than were ordered over a one-month period, leading to his death earlier this year. This is the second time the resource center has been fined in 2022. It's set to close in 2024.
