(Washington Co., NE) -- A man who used to be a middle school custodian in Blair, north of Omaha, is accused of enticing a child. Twenty-six-year-old Orlando Blair of Omaha is charged with several child sex crimes, including sexual assault by means of electronic communication device. Blair's accused of having inappropriate communications with a 14-year-old student. He's being held on $100,000 bond.
