Help Wanted Sign At Douglas County Election Commission

The Douglas County Election Commission looks to fill temporary data entry positions to assist in going over petition signatures.

The county says the pay rate is $15 per hour.

While full-time employees are preferred, some part-time positions may be available.

Hours of work are generally 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends possible depending upon position and workload.

The work begins the week of July 11th, and runs from 5 to 6 weeks.

Some work may be extended to assist with the 2022 General Election.

The Commission says applicants must be at least 16 years of age, must type 40 words per minute, have computer experience, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to pass a drug test and criminal records check.

All positions are out of the Douglas County Election Commission office at 12220 W. Center Road in Bel Air Plaza.
