(Davenport, Iowa) -- A Rock Island man is in custody after being arrested in Arkansas in connection with a fatal shooting in May.
Rock Island police say U.S. Marshals arrested 19 year-old Terrionce Kitchen Tuesday in Stuttgart, Arkansas. On May 22nd, Rock Island police say officers responded to reports of gunshots in the 1000 block of 15th Street and found 19 year-old Desavion Foster at the scene with a gunshot wound.
Police say Foster was taken to an area to a hospital, where he later died of his injuries. Kitchen is being charged with first-degree murder and is currently being held in Arkansas, pending extradition back to Illinois.
