Iowa's Supreme Court reversed itself today on the matter of whether an abortion is guaranteed by the State Constitution. Today they said it isn't.
This opens the door for the Legislature to restrict or even outright ban abortion if the power is returned to the States when and if Roe is overturned by the Supreme Court of the United States.
That decision should come soon.
