The Oklahoma Sooners have won their first two games in the 2022 NCAA Mens' College World Series in Omaha, and the two previous times that happened, OU went on to win National Championships: 1951 and 1994.
Sunday night, Oklahoma took control in Bracket One with a 6-2 win over Notre Dame before 24,934 fans at "Charles Schwab Field Omaha."
That gets them two days off before facing the winner of a Tuesday match up between Notre Dame and Texas A and M.
Today (Monday) at the CWS in Bracket Two: Stanford and Auburn play an elimination game at one p.m. CST, which will be televised on ESPN.
At six p.m. CST, it will be a winner's bracket game between Arkansas and Ole Miss;
That game between Southeastern Conference schools will also be on ESPN.
