(Battle Creek, IA) -- Three people are hurt after a house explosion in Ida County.
Multiple reports say the explosion was reported around 9:30 Wednesday morning in Battle Creek in the 2300 block of Carriage Avenue. Three people were in the home at the time of the explosion and were taken to an area hospital with serious injuries. The names of the victims have not been released, and the cause of the explosion is still under investigation.
