(Iowa) -- A new Iowa law is adding increased regulations to restaurants and third-party food delivery services.

The new law says delivery service drivers cannot have animals or children in the car and cannot take a paid passenger while they're delivering food. Restaurants are required to make sure delivery bags are sealed until they arrive to the customer. Drivers are also not allowed to smoke or vape while the food delivery is in the car.
