(Warren County, IL) -- One person is dead and two others injured after a Monday afternoon crash in Warren County, Illinois.
Illinois State Police say the crash happened a little before 3:15 when one vehicle failed to stop at a stop light near U.S. Highway 34 and 6th Street and hit another vehicle on the passenger side. The passenger in the vehicle that was hit, 91 year-old Jack Stephens, was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver, 80 year-old Joy Stephens was flown to an area hospital in critical condition.
The driver of the other vehicle, 55 year-old Shawn Runge was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
