Clean Water Wednesday is at work today, July 15, in Polk County with one of the first county-funded bioreactors being installed. Jacob Handsaker, co-owner of Hands On Excavating and Tiling, is installing this project. With this project installed, that makes 25 bioreactors and 35 saturated buffers put in place this summer in Polk and Story counties.
