(Iowa) -- The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services is announcing two new members in leadership positions.
The Department of Public Health and the Department of Human Services have merged into a single department as of July 1st. Dr. Robert Kruse will serve as the State Medical Director, and Sarah Reisetter will serve as a Deputy Director and Chief of the Division of Compliance. Dr. Kruse is the current Medical Director of Occupational Health at MercyOne in Des Moines, and Ms. Reisetter has served as the Iowa Department of Public Health's Deputy Director since August of 2016.
