(Jackson County, IA) -- A man is dead after a crash in Jackson County.
The Jackson County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to reports of a crash around 308th Street and 395th Avenue north of Bellevue a little before 10pm Saturday. Deputies say a pickup failed to stop at an intersection and went into a steep embankment and hit a tree.
The driver, 63 year-old Todd Koppes, was pronounced dead at the scene.
