IOWA CITY, Iowa -- University of Iowa football fans who want to see the Hawkeyes at home in the 2022 season are running out of time.
The UI athletic department says the October 29th Homecoming game against Northwestern is now officially sold out.
They also say the regular season finale against Nebraska, set for November 25th, has a little more than 600 tickets left, while the September 3rd season opener against South Dakota State has around 1,500 tickets left.
The university says fans should be careful if buying tickets from unauthorized outlets and are strongly encouraged to use StubHub, the official fan-to-fan marketplace of the Hawkeyes, for sold out events.
Five of Iowa’s seven games at Kinnick Stadium--including the September 10th Iowa State game--are already sold out.
