Two Killed After Minivan Collides With Train in Northeast Iowa

(Butler County, IA) -- Two people are dead after a minivan collided with a train in northeast Iowa.

The Iowa State Patrol says the crash happened in Packard just north of Clarksville in Butler County Wednesday night. ISP says the van was traveling southbound on Packard Ave when it collided with a train car killing two people inside the van.

The names of the victims have not yet been released. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
