Linn County Attorney Nick Maybanks says Marvin Cox died last week after having been shot during the shooting at the Taboo Nightclub on April 10th. One of the suspected shooters, Timothy Rush, will likely be charged an additional count of murder as a result. He's currently facing 15 charges in connection to the shooting. The other suspected, Dimione Walker, is also facing multiple charges and was arrested in the Chicago area a few weeks after the shooting.
