(Davenport, IA) -- One of the teenagers accused of killing a Fairfield High School Spanish teacher will go before a jury at the end of the year.
Jeremy Goodale's trial is set for Dec. 5th in Davenport.
Goodale and Willard Miller are accused of beating Nohema Graber to death at a Fairfield park. Investigators say they also attempted to hide her body.
The pair will be tried separately as adults - and at opposite ends of the state.
Miller's trial is set for November in Council Bluffs.
Goodale will be back in a Fairfield courtroom in November for a pre-trial hearing.
