(Undated) -- Nebraska has the 2nd-best early education systems in America. That's according to WalletHub, which says Nebraska has the 5th-best access to early education and the 2nd most quality early education. WalletHub uses several other metrics for its rankings including share of school districts with pre-K programs and the amount of spending on kids in pre-K programs. WalletHub says the state with the best early education systems is Arkansas and the state with the worst is Indiana. A full list of states is available here.
