(Dubuque Co., IA) -- Two people are dead after a rear-end crash in northeast Iowa. The Iowa State Patrol says the driver of an SUV rear-ended a sanitation vehicle while trying to pass cars on Highway 20 in Dubuque County Tuesday evening. The State Patrol says 21-year-old Samuel Linck and 20-year-old Miranda Held, both of Cedar Falls died in the crash. The driver of the sanitation vehicle wasn't hurt.
