(Omaha, NE) -- A man shot early Friday morning dies from his injuries.
The Omaha Police Department says its Homicide Unit is now investigating the case after 22 year old Anthony Collins died Friday from his injuries. Police say Collins was shot near 49th and Charles and then taken by a private vehicle to a local hospital at 82nd and Dodge. When Collins was taken to the hospital, he was in critical but stable condition. He later died from his injuries.
