(Undated) -- The Iowa Utilities Board must make the list of landowners likely to be affected by the Summit Carbon Solutions pipeline available to the public within 14 days.
An Iowa District Court judge says the list of more than 10 thousand names affected by the carbon dioxide pipeline must be released.
Summit Carbon Solutions compiled the list last year and asked the utilities board to keep it confidential.
Summit wants to build a two-thousand-mile pipeline to move carbon dioxide from ethanol plants to North Dakota.
