(Bettendorf, IA) -- The City of Bettendorf is partnering with the YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley to build a new water park and ice rink.

The new facility will replace the Splash Landing Aquatic Center at 23rd Street and Middle Road. The $18 million dollar project will include a three-story tower for water slides, a lazy river, and new pools. It will also feature a 176 ice rink. The water park is expected to open in the spring of 2024.
