Things get started Tuesday at 5 p.m. when employees of nine local companies will compete in meal packaging races. The winning team will be awarded the Hy-Vee One Step Cup.

Companies participating in the challenge include: Hy-Vee, Wells Fargo, Ruan Transportation Management Systems, NCMIC Insurance, Continental Western Group, Iowa Events Center, DLL Finance, Marco Technologies, Siegwerk and the United States Navy Reserve.

Meal packaging sessions will continue throughout the week and conclude Saturday, September 3rd.
